Embodied safety is a 7-day somatic journey to help you to cultivate feelings of safety in your body.
During this course, you will learn why you don't feel safe in your body and how you can change this.
You will discover your resources or anchors into safety and you will be guided through 7 somatic embodiment practises to cultivate a felt-sense of safety in your body and nervous system.
A felt-sense of safety is the foundation for healing as it helps you to regulate your nervous system and process your emotions. This can help you in healing chronic stress, pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression and more.
